Our journey began out of necessity - a need for high-quality ABA services and a company that genuinely cares for its clients. We believe that ABA services should be enjoyable, tailored to each child, and enable them to achieve their goals by engaging in activities they love. Our vision was to establish a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work. Impact Behavior Therapy has grown solely through word of mouth and referrals. We intentionally maintain a small practice to ensure personalized attention and care for every child and family we assist.

Chelsie Collier
Owner, Behavior Analyst
Chelsie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Behavior Specialist with 15 years of experience working with children with Autism. She has worked across the country in schools, clinics and in homes. Her passion is to help families and children with Autism and other developmental delays reach their full potential. Chelsie is committed to providing quality, personalized care for your child and family.
