Chelsie worked with my son when he was about 3 years old during her BCBA internship and again when he was 5 and 6 when she helped open an ABA Center near our home. Chelsie was wonderful to work with. When my son was struggling in one area she was always available to talk about how we could help him. Then she would put together a plan for my son that we could easily incorporate into our busy lives. What I loved and appreciated about Chelsie working with my son was that she was always fun and positive. She made my son listen and work his program but it was always fun. She got down and played with him, sang songs, and would get so excited and animated when my son accomplished a goal, and for kids like our kids, they thrive on that. She is really great to work with.

We met Chelsie at one of our family’s most desperate points. Chelsie helped us find a light a path through that desperation. We had just *finally* received an Autism diagnosis on our 3-year-old son, Henry and we had a 1-year-old at home. We searched for an extended period for an ABA provider to no avail – and one phone call to Chelsie’s clinic changed all that. Once I called, we were in for an evaluation succinctly and a treatment plan with goals followed quickly.
Chelsie was our initial therapist and worked daily with Henry through his toughest behaviors. She was with him through his worst meltdowns when it felt like I couldn’t possibly leave him, and I had no hope of things every changing. Through her work and determination things slowly began to change for the better and I was able to feel hope.
Chelsie was not only an amazing therapist to work one on one with my child, but she was also a great BCBA and trainer for other therapists to work with my child. Chelsie was there for my family when we needed her most through those difficult choices and transitions, from pre-k to kindergarten, we faced as a family. She attended every meeting dealing with our school district for his IEP and Placement to make sure that it was the right fit for him. She went out tours of kindergarten classrooms with us to help us find the best thing for our child. Chelsie truly went above and beyond for our family.
I honestly don’t know where we would be today without Chelsie. Henry is now 8 and has made AMAZING progress and has a bright future. Without the care and treatment he received as a young child from Chelsie, I truly believe Henry would be a completely different child and our family would be worse for it.
